OUR APPROACH

Our Approach

innovative elements of our leadership

At CREED School of Leadership, we are committed to providing our students with an innovative and dynamic curriculum that prepares them to become effective and inspiring leaders in their chosen fields.

The use of high rope, mid rope, and low rope courses for leadership training is a highly effective way to develop key leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. At CREED School of Leadership, we have developed a detailed curriculum that integrates these components in a way that maximizes the learning experience for our students.

Low Rope Course
Low Rope Course
The low rope course is the foundation of our leadership development program. It is designed to help students build trust, communication, and teamwork skills. The low rope course includes activities that require students to work together to navigate through various obstacles such as tunnels, balance beams, and rope bridges. The course is conducted in a safe and controlled environment and is facilitated by experienced instructors who provide guidance and support to students throughout the process.
Mid Rope Course
The mid rope course builds on the foundation laid by the low rope course and introduces more complex challenges that require greater problem-solving skills and teamwork. This course includes elements such as high beams, ziplines, and suspended bridges that require students to work together to navigate through a series of obstacles. The mid rope course is designed to challenge students both physically and mentally and to help them develop skills such as risk-taking, decision-making, and leadership.

High Rope Course
The high rope course is the most advanced component of our leadership development program. This course is designed to push students out of their comfort zone and challenge them to overcome their fears and doubts. The high rope course includes elements such as high ropes, giant swings, and rappelling towers that require students to work together to overcome their fears and complete the challenge. The high rope course is designed to help students develop skills such as courage, resilience, and determination.

Integrating the Components
Our curriculum is designed to integrate these three components in a way that maximizes the learning experience for our students. We begin with the low rope course, which provides a foundation for teamwork, communication, and trust. As students progress through the program, they move on to the mid rope course, which builds on these skills and introduces more complex challenges that require greater problem-solving skills and risk-taking. Finally, students move on to the high rope course, which challenges them to overcome their fears and doubts and develop skills such as courage, resilience, and determination. Throughout the program, students participate in debriefing sessions that allow them to reflect on their experiences and identify areas for growth and improvement. These debriefing sessions are facilitated by experienced instructors who provide guidance and support to students as they navigate the challenges of the program.
